"Here's a great story for you: some of that money comes from the Karen (Kahr-en - ethnic Burmese refugees now living in the U.S.)  community. They were receiving Rice Krispies as gifts (from the government-we think), but the Karen don't eat cereal. So the Tuesday morning Bible study group taught them to make Rice Krispy bars and they sold them and donated the money to me."
