Two people with specific gifts are needed in Northeast India!  The Council of Baptist Churches in Northeast India (CBCNEI) has prime real estate in Guwahati.  It needs to be further developed, both landscaping and buildings, in order for CBCNEI to maintain ownership of the land.

A landscape engineer is needed who can help develop a master plan for the future for landscaping, investment, and developing the land property. Part of the property has very poor drainage and is quite marshy during monsoon.  They would like someone to look over the property, make suggestions as to how to improve it, and develop a plan to show the government that they are building. Without a plan, the government can take the land away from the church.

Also needed is an architect who can give CBCNEI a good blueprint and plan for the future.  CBCNEI has a prime land in the middle of city which can be developed to be a high revenue generating asset for missions in the days to come. If it is not developed soon, CBCNEI may lose the land to the government.
