We are so thankful for all your support and love. We especially enjoy hearing from you and have a tremendous appreciation for your prayers and support. We know we wouldn't have been able to accomplish the work of serving God in the Philippines and representing you there if it were not for your generous and loving support of the mission God is doing around the world through International Ministries.
As you who are involved in American Baptist Churches know, October is when International Ministries promotes financial support through the World Mission Offering (WMO). They depend on your giving and you can be assured that gifts to the WMO go 100% to the work of International Ministries. Every dollar given is used to support International Ministries' budget to advance the work of the Lord throughout the world. As with many individuals and organizations, these are times of financial changes and challenges for International Ministries due to a declining stock market, a weak economy and sluggish charitable giving - among other things.
