The Noyes MPT team met in November to evaluate the August trip to Congo and discuss the next work trip which will probably take place in 2008 but possibly in 2007.We are also looking at ways to be more effective as a part of the Noyes' support team.
Praise God for peaceful elections.Joseph Kabila was sworn in on Wednesday December 6.Jean-Pierre Bemba protested but the Supreme Court rejected his legal challenge.
- Pray that Bemba will accept Kabila and that peace will reign following these events.
The Congolese women are currently harvesting peanuts and corn.

Family News
- Pray that Ed and Miriam will have wisdom as they deal with Congolese officials regarding their visas and presence in Congo. There are often hoops that they are asked to jump though. They need patience to demonstrate Christ's presence as they live through these intrusions during very busy times.
- Pray for Mark and Reba as they spend time with one or both of grandmothers during the holiday season.Ed's mother hasn't been doing well physically and Ruth's Arley went to be with the Lord this year.
