A heart for White Cross

Over the years, White Cross has been in the hearts of many of you. It is one ministry we can wrap ourselves around in order for so many people all over the world can receive the care and help they need. Did you ever think how many people you touch as you give to White Cross?
As I sit as my desk each day, I am reminded of those who are in need. American Baptist International Ministries reaches out to so many and we will never be able to know how many lives are touched each day.
As American Baptist Women, Men and Children you do the same. You touch lives through your giving to White Cross. We are truly grateful.
Over the past weeks we have focused our time on Haiti. Each one of us has been touched by the outpouring of love shown by thousands of people. I ask that we continue to uplift the Haitian people in prayer and in giving.
I’d like to remind you during this month as we celebrate Valentine’s Day those who receive White Cross. They too need to know we care and love them. Please continue to show that love by meeting the request given to you for 2009 – 2010.
May God continue to bless each of you in your ministries and thank you for your support of International Ministries.
