images from Haiti: visit to ruins of Baptist Church in Petit Goave

March 18: Next stop Petit Goave where we visited a demolished Bapist church serving 200 people. The adjacent Christian school is also in ruins.  This will be one of the first churches to be rebuilt. We ate picnic-style lunch at  atable within the footprint of the former school.  Philadelphia Baptist Church. The pastor and his family came from Cap Haitien as missionaries to the church.
