Funeral Services for Missionary Iris Morales

There will be five funeral services for missionary, Iris Morales.

Saturday August 7th at 11:00 am at Paradise Baptist Church, 5100 S Broadway in Los Angeles CA  90037-3837.  This funeral service will be in English, lead by Rev. Dr. Jose Norat of International Ministries.  Rev. Dr. Reid Trulson, executive director of International Ministries will be preaching.  In 1986, god called Iris and Mario as newlyweds in partnership with Rev. A.D. Anderson and the ABC of Los Angeles to start the first American Baptist Hispanic Mission within an African-American church ever begun in South Central LA.

Sunday August 8th at 4:00 pm at Iglesia Bautista Jehovah Jireh, 408 S Flower St. in Brea, CA 92821. This funeral service will be in Spanish.  In 1989, God called Iris and Mario, who accepted the call to shepherd the Hispanic Ministry started at Fullerton First Baptist Church by Dr. Emory Campbell and Dr. Jose Arreguin. In 1995 this ministry evolved into the Iglesia Bautista Jehovah Jireh, where today their son Mario Jr. pastors.  They shepherd this church until God called them to the mission in Bolivia at the end of 1999.  The preacher speaking at this service will be Rev. Valdez, who married Iris and Mario in 1985.

Saturday August 28th at Primera Iglesia Bautista de Cochabamba in Cochabamba, Bolivia, South América
