William “Bill” Thomas is an international evangelist based in Strasbourg, France. He has been living in Europe for the past 40 years. Bill has ministered in 59 countries, holding evangelistic missions and training seminars in English, French and Spanish. Bill serves in France at the invitation of the Federation of Evangelical Baptist Churches of France. He works with the Federation to train pastors and church leaders in evangelism and discipleship and to engage in direct evangelistic preaching events. Bill is able to accept invitations to do evangelism and leadership training also with groups outside the French Federation, including local American Baptist churches.

He writes: I'm always blessed when I go to Manor Park Christian Center (MPCC) in East London. It is a praying congregation where the members care for one another and where they believe God to hear and answer their prayers. What a testimony, smack in the middle of a predominantly Hindu and Muslim area. While there, I had the privilege of preaching at the services on two Sundays, and a Monday evening Tamil service. I also participated in three care cells. Because of the richness of the worship I found it "easy" to preach and the Lord was pleased to bring people forward at the appeal.

A brother from Pakistan named George invited me to his home for Sunday lunch. While there, he phoned his pastor friend in Karachi and had me speak with him. That resulted in an invitation to Karachi for next April (God willing), so the doors just keep opening, and the rest depends on the political situation and finances.
KAMPALA:
[I am] in Kampala, Uganda, teaching Friendship Evangelism and Counselor Training for the Andrew Palau Festival.  Like other NGAs, I will be training trainers. I am told that they need fifteen thousand counselors. It is a massive undertaking, and they are expecting an attendance of one hundred thousand per night.
KINSHASA:
By the grace of God, I will preach at the Giant Stadium on December 31st. Some fifty thousand people are expected to attend. There is a potential viewing and listening audience by radio and TV of at least one million. The telecast will also be seen in Brazzaville, across the river in the Congo Republic. The Rally will last from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are looking forward to an amazing time of preaching and praying for the sick.
