Up to four volunteers are needed for the Children Music Festival which will be held in the summer, 2012 in Dimapur, Nagaland. More details of timing as we receive it.
In 2011, volunteers were invited to help as Choir Judges and to speak on the Importance of Christian Music, The Difference between Secular and Christian Music, and The Art of Worship. Plan for 2012 to be similar, perhaps with different topics of teaching.
Costs are roughly $33/day for hotel and food in Dimapur. Travel costs depend on point of departure from the USA but plan on $2000+ to get to New Delhi, plus $250 to Guwahati, plus train to Dimapur (less than $100). If you want to visit the Taj Mahal or other sites, those costs would also be added, but we can recommend inexpensive, simple, and safe places to stay while in Delhi, as well as a tour group to assist you.
