Global Mission for a New Generation in a New Way.  Extinguished is the week long construction trip.  Flamed out is the month of moving from ministry to ministry.  Through IGNITE you will:

Spark a Connection.  Live in community with your brothers and sisters in the host country.  Connect with your team, your international peers, missionaries, and Baptist partners. Connect and commit to God as a living sacrifice…

Kindle Growth.  Kindle the flame already burning within you and feed it so it burns strong and all consuming.  Allow the Holy Spirit to burn within you, refining and redefining your spiritual self.  Dig deep as you are pushed through physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges, burning in the refining fire as you grow closer to the flame of God.

Blaze with Passion.  Blaze with the passion for taking the light of Jesus Christ into the world.  Blaze with a passion for the orphan, widow, and immigrant.  Blaze with a passion for leadership in your church, community, region and world.
