Annie and Jeff Dieselberg serve in Bangkok, Thailand, at NightLight, an international organization committed to addressing the complex at issues surrounding trafficking and prostitution by catalyzing individual and community transformation. NightLight's vision is to offer intervention to sexually exploited women and children, to enable them to discover their dignity, and to provide a program of holistic transformation, empowering them to live and work in their community.

Annie writes: This has been an intense season for NightLight Bangkok but in the midst of it all we celebrate God’s faithfulness and mercy as He continues to use us in bringing freedom and healing. Sometimes that includes confrontations with darkness and sorrow but our joy comes from a deeper place of knowing that God is working in every situation to bring about good, to rescue and to restore.

Praises:

• Escape from Domestic Abuse P-k and her children were kicked out of her father’s home in the middle of the night. They moved into our center but P-K was still concerned about her two younger brothers who were being abused. A police report was made and a social worker was able to intervene. The parents agreed to release the boys to custody of an NGO and placed in a safe home where they will be able to get schooling and to play as boys should. P-k and her daughters have a new place as well. We’ve been praying for intervention and are thankful that all are now safe.
• Five New Believers Two NL women accepted Christ in the last month. Along with this great news, we celebrate the three new believers at the NL church, Song Sawang.

 Prayer Points:

• For Healing The pregnant woman, suffering from TB, lost her baby a couple weeks ago.  When we visited her in the hospital we asked if there was a song she would like to hear. She asked for “How Great is Our God.” The presence of the Holy Spirit filled the room ministering to her as she sang along. Please pray for N-n's healing of both heart and body.
• For Trafficked Woman A trafficked woman contacted us asking for help. We've met with her and are trying to figure out the best way to help. It isn't clear yet what the situation is and seems complex. Pray for wisdom and strategy. Pray for protection for the women and for us as we once again frustrate the plans of traffickers. Due to the sensitivity we cannot say any more but ask you to pray in the Spirit with discernment.
• Reintegration after Rehab N-tJ-g will be finishing up a year of rehab for alcohol addiction. She plans to return to NightLight at the end of June. Please pray for successful reintegration and that she will be able to claim a victory of the addiction.
