We're back in the USA! We have settled in Lansdale, Pennsylvania for our year of U.S./Puerto Rico assignment.

First we spent a brief time with Dwight's parents in Texas, and then we drove to PA.We spoke about our ministry at Dwight's father's church in Georgetown, Texas.Our almost-five-years-old son, Jack, got to know and enjoy his grandparents, aunts and uncles and everyone reveled in the joy of reuniting.

Our home church, Baptist Temple in Blue Bell, has been so helpful in every aspect of relocating.From finding us a house to rent and furnishing it with good things from members' homes, to the grand, warm welcome we have received, they are our partners in mission and dear friends.

Our last few months in Chile were filled with many emotional farewell parties and worship services.We also hosted, along with our colleagues, the Bonilla's, a fifteen-person group from the Indiana/Kentucky Region, led by Pastor Lee Riggs of FBC-Greensburg.They had a wonderful time learning about mission opportunities in Chile, and we understand that three young women from the group experienced calls to mission service and have made some significant vocational decisions in response.

Now that we are here, we want to invite you to contact your regional Minister of Mission Support person to arrange times for us to visit your churches and share with you what God is doing in Chile through your support.

We are also looking forward to conversations with you about how we can be in even closer partnership with you when we return to Chile in 2005.

Since we extended our first term in Chile by nearly seven months, we are back early.So, it is important that we take advantage of these first several months.

Our colleagues in the Valley Forge office of International Ministries stand ready to share our mailing address with you upon request.

Thank you for your faithful support, prayers and interest during our first term.We left Chile rejoicing in what you made possible, and we anticipate returning to Chile, sustained by your partnership in God's mission, for His glory and for the good of the body of Christ.
