Missionaries with theological and/or pastoral training and experience are sought to teach at the Baptist Community of Congo’s Pastoral Institute at Kikongo.  This school trains Congolese pastors for ministry in rural settings, and includes a women’s program which provides training in ministry and life skills for pastors’ wives.  This is an ideal opportunity for husbands and wives who share a sense of calling to the development of Christian leaders.
