They’re Here!

The American Baptist missionaries that will be living in the United States and Puerto Rico have arrived!  During the next several months, they’ll be traveling to meet with the folks that love and support them with their prayers, donations and letters of encouragement.  It’s a great time for the missionaries to make new friends, renew connections with churches and deepen existing friendships.

Wondering which missionaries are here?  Here's the list.

The 2012 class of missionaries are:
Gary & Mylinda Baits        Costa Rica
Mercy Barnes                     Mexico (Baja North)
Dan & Sarah Chetti            Lebanon
Debbie Kelsey                    Italy
David & Laura Parajon      Nicaragua
Ingrid Roldán-Román        Panama
Chuck & Ramona Shawver    Mexico
Judy Sutterlin                    China

If you’d like to invite one of these missionaries to speak in your church you can do it any one of these three ways;
1)    Contact your local American Baptist Churches USA region office.   Click here to see the list of region addresses, emails and phone numbers.  The region offices have the missionary’s schedules and know who is already planning to be in your state or region.

2)    Email the missionary directly.  Go to www.internationalministries.org  Hover your mouse over PEOPLE WHO SERVE.  Find the name of the missionary and click on it to see their profile.  Scroll down and click on CONTACT to send them a message directly.

3)    Contact Ruthann Stevenson, the Mission Partnership Coordinator. Email her at: Ruthann.Stevenson@abc-usa.org  She works with the missionaries and their Missionary Partnership Teams (MPT) who often handle the missionaries speaking and travel schedule.
