Bruce and his wife Ann are based at a mission training center in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. There, in partnership with JAMI, the mission agency for the National Baptist Convention of Brazil, they help to prepare new missionaries in the areas of missiology and cross-cultural ministry skills.
