Praise and Prayer

I have returned after having some time in the US with my family following my father's death. It was difficult to leave family, but felt good to be back with my friends and the children I work with in Thailand.

How good it is to live in a country where we can openly celebrate the birth of our Savior! We will have a special party for the House of Blessing daycare children Even cleaning is fun during December!and their families on Dec. 16.

For the past few years, our Youth Center staff has gone into the Chiang Mai Juvenile Detention Center and held a Christmas party for some of the youth there. This year, from Dec. 19-23, we have also been invited to come and hold a spiritual emphasis week for 15 of the Christian tribal youth who will be completing their detention time and leaving the center on Dec. 26th.

The Health Project office will close between Christmas and New Year's.Please Some of the Lahu children from the House of Love dance during the Christmas season at church.pray for good family times for all of the tribal staff as they enjoy this extended break.
