in your conference packet when you arrive.
Friday
Supper 4:45 - 6:45pm
If you arrive Friday afternoon for the optional forums on refugees or International Ministries, you will have two hours from 4:45 - 6:45pm to go out and sample the local specialties for supper.
Saturday Breakfast
Please check with your hotel to see if a complimentary breakfast
is included when you reserve your room. Many of the hotels have a restaurant on the premises and there are
Starbucks and other businesses in the area to serve you. Morning program begins at 9:00am.
Saturday Lunch 12 - 1:00pm
On Saturday, we invite you to have a BLT – Boxed Lunch Talk! There’s nothing like talking over a sandwich or nibbling on a cookie. The relaxed setting makes it easy to ask those questions you’ve wondered about for years! Missionaries, international guests and conference leaders will be assigned to rooms all over the conference location. You pick up your lunch, select the person you want to meet, and before you know it, you’re friends!
The boxed lunches will have an assortment of sandwiches with deli meats and cheese, tuna or chicken salad, and vegetarian fillings, plus lettuce, tomatoes and your choice of condiments. Depending on the caterer, you may have an assortment of breads such as croissants, buns or wraps. Lunches may include small salads, slaws or pasta in some cities. Plus there will be chips, cookies, fruit, and a bottle of water.
The weekend program fee includes the boxed lunch.
The part time attendee fee for Saturday also includes lunch.
If you have children under 5 and you want them to have a boxed lunch, please be sure to order them one.
Saturday Mission Banquet 5:30 - 6:30pm
On Saturday, you are invited to attend a mission banquest at 5:30pm. Held at Suffield Academy, directly across the street from Second Baptist Church, this historic location is a former training ground for missionaries!. Tickets for the buffet are $15 each and may be ordered when you register. We need to give the Academy a head count before the conference begins, so don't wait! A limited number of tickets are available.
Sunday Breakfast

the local restaurants in
Sunday Dinner (or lunch)
The conference ends with an international worship service Sunday morning that will conclude between 11 - 11:30am. Plan to stop to eat on your way home.
