Getting to Know You:

Download the Volunteer Missionary Application. Read it thoroughly, fill it out and send it back to us.

Download the Volunteer Reference Form. Give this form to three people, one of which should be your pastor, and the other two to people who know you well but are not relatives.

Next Step:

Once we have received your application, your three references, your background check, and have confirmed a place of service, you'll need to complete the following:

Download the Medical Release/Emergency Contact Form. Meet with your physician and have him/her fill it out with you and sign it.

Download Volunteer Request and Release. Fill it out and send it back to us.

Download Health Risks and Responsibilities. Fill it out and send it back to us.

Download Volunteer Travel Authorization Form for Minors. This form is for minors traveling with one or no parents. It must be notarized.

Insurance:

International Ministries will provide you with free travel accident insurance while you are volunteering. Download the Travel Insurance Summary for more information. Some countries are rated higher risk and there may be a premium based on location, risk level, and length of service time.
