The 2008 Xtreme Team will be walking in the STEP walk at the Oregon Mission Conference, Saturday, July 19th at 7am.  STEP, or Student Tuition Expense Program, helps students like Saijai in Thailand.  Saijai is a hill tribe girl who would not have an education past the 4th grade without the help of the STEP program.  Because of STEP donations, Saijai was able to attend school in Chiang Rai, and graduated from the 9th grade this year.  Your ten Xtreme team missionaries returned from Thailand on July 12th.  They're ready to walk for children who would not have the opportunity for an education without STEP.  Will you help?  Can you STEP up to the challenge of pledging per mile, or that the Xtreme Teamer even finishes the walk? (one of the leaders is 27 x 2 years old!!)  If you are going to be at the Oregon World Mission Conference, find an Xtreme Teamer and tell them you'll support them.  If you can't make it to Oregon, consider giving to STEP in the name of an Xtreme Teamer.  They walk so that others can learn.
