The Comfort Inn Suites property is just 6 months old, and all the rooms are non-smoking.  They provide a free deluxe continental breakfast, free wireless high-speed internet access and they’re pet friendly!  Plus there’s an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center for those early morning or evening workouts after the conference. 

The price is a bargain at just $95/night based on two people per room!  February is not only tourist season in Arizona, but it is the start of spring training, so rooms are going fast!  If you wish to arrive before February 20 or stay on after the conference ends, ask if they’ll extend you the same discounted rate for your entire stay!

Note to those flying into Phoenix:  Sun City is approximately 50 minutes northwest of the airport.  Most hotels in Sun City do not provide shuttle service to the Phoenix airport.  You will need to arrange your own local transportation using rental vehicles or connections with friends and family in the area to get from the airport, as well as back and forth to the conference locations.
