Rev_nsana_editedRev. Nsana is President of the Evangelical Baptist Church of Congo Brazzaville. Born and educated in Congo Brazzaville, he worked for the government before attending the Bible Institute of Congo and the Biblical Center for Pastoral Training, as well as the Antioch and Emmaus Bible schools.

Jean-Claude was inspired by the messages of Bill Graham and Martin Luther King, and he was called to begin a Baptist ministry in Congo.  This was confirmed by the arrival of Rwandan Baptist refugees in 1998 before there were any Baptist churches in his country.  In 2000, the Evangelical Baptist Church of Congo was started, and there are no six churches with approximately 500 members!

Most recently, Jean-Claude created the Bible Institute of Brazzaville which has now trained 60 students. He is presently at the Overseas Mission Study Center in New Haven, Connecticut for a year of training. He is married and the father to three children.
