Dear all!

We thank the Lord for his kindness and mercies that are infinite. He has been doing things that go beyond our expectations. For your kindness. He uses us according to his will and purpose so that we do not do what we want, but his will. All goes well when we depend on and trust him.

“Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.” 2 Corinthians 3: 5.

Ministry in the UK

The Lord has been at the forefront of this work and has blessed us greatly. We had a men’s meeting which was wonderful. We weren’t many, but we had wonderful time in God’s presence. We are looking to spend as much time together as we can to build each other’s faith.

We have promoted a barbecue for the integration of the two congregations, English and Portuguese speaking. We had a very good participation, about 100 people. We are growing as a church and this year we have several challenges, especially in the areas of evangelism and discipleship.

Ministry in Tanzania

Dear ones, we had the great privilege of finally opening the Medical Center for mothers, children and diabetes specialization. Dr. Julian Brown and I were there for this extremely important day. It was wonderful to see the joy on every child’s and mother’s face. Also present were local and government officials, who marveled at the project and mentioned the importance of reproducing it in other areas of the country. Our next challenge will be the center’s administrative organization and staff qualification.

Ministry in Albania

In our last report we talked about the construction of the new temple of `Kisha Baptiste Laimi i Mire` (Good News Baptist Church). The construction is already in its final stages and the opening date is scheduled for October. It will be a very important milestone in the life of the Church and the city of Lezhe. In Albanian culture, religious buildings are important points of reference for faith. Local Pastor Edmond Palucaj has said that interest in the evangelical faith has grown greatly in the community since the construction of the new temple began. We don’t want the temple to take the place of Jesus, He must be in the center, but if the Lord is using this as a strategy to draw some to faith, He knows very well what He is doing. 😊
