Since the COVID pandemic last year, John Riehl,  Executive Director of the Vellore Foundation, and his team have been aggressively raising COVID relief fund to enable CMC Vellore to respond to the difficult situation in India. At the same time, they continue to focus on the overall financial capacity building and strategic medical programs development. International Ministries has supported the effort by providing $20,000 OGHS COVID relief fund, $5,000 White Cross and Nursing School Scholarship, and a $40,000 OGHS Development Grant to sponsor the development of a Maternity Hospital in Jawadhi Hills in South India. Praise God that we can work actively with this wonderful long-time partner in India, and with the Vellore Foundation and faith-based organizations in the US to promote wholistic wellness of Indian communities.
