Posted on September 24, 2018 Greetings from Ivy and Emerson Wu from Hong Kong after the hit of super typhoon Mangkhut

Ivy and Emerson Wu bring you greetings from the Hong Kong Mission Apartment with smiling faces. They returned to Hong Kong on Sep 20 immediately facing a super typhoon Mangkhut, which hit Hong Kong and the Philippines the worst. (If you want to see pictures and video, go to Ivy’s Facebook.) Yes, there is damage of the mission apartment. Ivy and Emerson and our Hong Kong staff Calwena Chiu cleared up the mess, and are still making arrangement to repair the water pipeline in the kitchen and the collapsed canopy, which is in green in one of the pictures.

Ivy and Emerson are also busy reviewing the preparation of the Global Chinese Mission Summit in Hong Kong, and the HK-Swatow (Teochew) Heritage Trip in Oct-Nov, 2018. We have more than 50 delegates from the US,  Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong going. Please pray for Ivy and Emerson, especially for Ivy who is still under treatment of virus infection in her lungs.
