Giving for leadership mission support is one of the ways to further global mission.  We seek to be of service to God, God’s people and the world.

WHAT IS “LEADERSHIP MISSION SUPPORT”?

As part of our general fund, Leadership Mission Support enables our home office staff and leadership team members to complete the operational, logistical, and financial functions at home that foundationally support the work of our global servants as they serve Jesus Christ in more than seventy countries around the world.

HOW DOES “LEADERSHIP MISSION SUPPORT” MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

This fund helps our home office personnel perform recurring and necessary work that includes:

• Recruiting and guiding future potential global servants, providing conferences and coaching throughout the discernment process. We also offer support for those who wish to begin to serve through a short-term mission internship or trip.
• Arranging continued training and practical support for those currently in mission work. This includes an annual conference for missionaries as a time of retreat, spiritual care, rest, and reconnection.
• Collecting and sharing stories about our global servants’ ministries. We develop World Mission Offering resources for more than 5,000 churches, produce our annual report and newsletters, maintain our website, create missionary prayer cards, and prepare regular video highlights so that you remain connected with what God is doing through our global servants.
• Providing emergency help if needed by global servants, which includes evacuations and counseling for those in challenging international settings.
• Administrating key financial tasks on behalf of our donors, staff, and global servants. For our donors, we provide receipts and facilitate secure credit card transactions and address changes. We oversee the care and benefits for all our personnel and the global servant ministry accounts.
