Over the course of the last 8 months, I’ve been counting steps. Not as a law which cannot be broken, but as a challenge to be met. I started small, and have moved my way up to meeting the goal set for me by my phone. Yes, I let my phone set a goal for me. (The phone is easier on me than I would have been on myself.)
